We created our Pool Villa as a Vacation home for ourselves when we are staying in Krabi and for select guests to rent out during times we are not here.
1600m2 on a quiet no-through road right on the edge of national Park.
300m2 of roofed living space. Three Bedrooms, three bathrooms and Huge open plan living/dining/kitchen room.
The villa is walled on 3 sides and fenced on the remaining side that looks out onto the neighbouring rubber plantations. The pool area is shielded from outside view.

The minimalist open-plan design of the house creates bright and air-cooled interiors.
The living space and bedrooms all have wide sliding doors opening out to the pool area and patio.
The fully equipped, American style kitchen with teak cabinets and granite work surface, forms part of the living area allowing you to prepare anything from a snack to a full meal while staying in the loop with your guests (and being able to keep an eye on the pool).
Spacious area around the pool makes relaxing by the pool the ultimate pleasure. A large well-kept garden around the villa is planted with a wide range of tropical flowers and foliage.
The beds are all king size with high quality seriously comfortble mattresses and quality sheets and pillows. Each has built in cupboard space and relaxing lighting. There is a desk space in each catching up on the emails and good wifi signal in all rooms.

Each bedroom has been designed with tasteful decor to create spaces that you will want to be in.
All the bathrooms are individually designed using the highest quality fixtures and fittings. Spacious wet shower rooms with stone tiling provide a feeling of real space and luxury.
There are three bathooms in the villa plus the pool shower. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have their own bathrooms and bedroom 3 shares a bathroom with the main living space.

The house has been designed specifically to adapt to Krabi's unique climate.
The open plan super high ceilinged great room is an impressive sight and a great place to be weather its sun or rain (and we get plenty of both). A large sofa provides a relaxing place to watch some tv, or connect to the bluetooth speaker to play your own music.
On a sunny day, open all the windows and let the cooling breeze flow through the house, when it rains, just slide the doors shut.

The villa is a short distance from all the main attractions in Krabi. Whether looking for a 5 star restaurant, some tasty thai street food or a lively bar, there is a wide choice of each within 15 minutes drive.
Krabi's dramatic mountain scenery combined with crystal clear water has ensured Krabi's reputation as one of the top destinations in Asia. In contrast to Phuket's big city feel, Krabi has managed to maintain its fishing village vibe while at the same time providing all the requirements for a growing tourist industry.
Ting's Villa is about 2km from one of the finest beaches in Krabi; Klong Muang Beach. The beach is unspoiled and very rarely crowded, Dusit Thai, Beyond Resort and Nakamanda Resorts are positioned next to the beach and each have bars and restaurants open to the public. A perfect place to enjoy a sundowner or special dinner.
The beach curves all the way around the perfect half-moon shaped bay allowing you to walk its full length without interruption. At one end is the Princess's Palace which overlooks the bay from its seclusion on the hillside.
Even closer is Long beach, which is a quieter beach, largely undeveloped, although perhaps not as beautiful as Klong Muang, it's a great place for a walk, or if feeling energetic, an early morning jog.
Just around the corner is the Sofitel Resort and a little further up the road are the Ritz Carton Resort, Tubkaak Boutique resort and the Amari Vogue Resorts. All of the Hotels have restaurants and bars open to the public.
The climate in Krabi is traditionally split into two seasons; a drier cooler season from November through to about May and then a wetter warmer season from June Through to October. High season for the tourism industry is from November through to March.
Ting's Villa is set in upspoiled countryside in Krabi Province of Southern Thailand.
Klong Muang Bay is a 15 minute drive up the Coast from Aonang. Aonang is the center of tourism for mainland Krabi and has supermarkets, restaurants and services. Krabi Town is just 30 minutes drive with many great restaurants, an International Hospital, International Airport and shopping and business services.
